branding

Hi,
I struggled at first with branding, then I realised the websites I was creating were not what i liked.

I got more visually pleased at websites with LESS colour but more impact. Then came the big turnaround in my Hotglue development. Not only was I clear in the way I wanted it to look, I also had a brand.

I set about creating my logo in adobe illustrator. I chose a great font from my new best friend Google Fonts. Imported to my Font book and made a few adjustments and split it onto different layers so i could manipulate it and saved it as a GIF.

My NAV bar came from this image I stumbled on and all tho my brand and design suggest better or less use of colour with hotglue, you need it more in my opinion.

I would've liked a really thin black line for the Nav bar but it seemed to easy and did'nt have the desired effect, as i could only do this with a text box and squash it to a minimum and then stretch it out. I got this image squash and stretched it.
